Three checks before it leaves us
Every character is verified by hand before it is packed. Nothing is listed or shipped on trust.
The swing tag
Every character should arrive with its paper swing tag, and we read three things off it: the title — the character’s own name — the SKU, and the barcode number. All three have to agree with each other and with the item in our hands. The barcode is the decisive one: across the catalogue we work from, no two products share a number, so a barcode that resolves to a different design tells us the tag does not belong to this character.
The sewn-in label
Stitched into the seam is the fabric label: fibre content, washing guidance, the maker’s mark, and the factory production batch number. We check it is present and legible, and that it is consistent with the swing tag — the two should tell the same story. The batch number is what ties an individual character back to the production run it came from.
Packed by hand
Once it has passed both checks it is wrapped, boxed and dispatched within 24 hours, Monday to Friday — tags still attached, and a complimentary blue gift bag for every character in the order.
